Wakefield Floors is ian incredible team of professional - exceeded my expectations! My hardwood floors were in rough shape. The Wakefield team of experts restored the floors in my 1950s bungalow to pristine and gorgeous condition. The wood patina is stunning and glowing. Highly recommend!

Mathew is very responsive and expert at what he does. We had him and his team refinish the hardwood floors in our 1920s Craftsman House in St Pete, FL in anticipation of selling. It showed beautifully, and we ended up under contract for full asking price. Well done and thank you, Matthew!!

I wanted to share my experience with Wakefield Hardwood Floors. Will is an exceptional craftsman, as he changed our oak floors from old and tired to shiny and new! Matt was instrumental by educating us on the process and managing our expectations. Well, they wildly exceeded our expectations and will happily refer them to anyone looking to refresh their floors. I made an excellent decision in choosing the Wakefield team. I got multiple estimates and Matt Wakefield was clearly the most knowledgeable and passionate about his work. During the process nothing changed. They are incredibly reliable, responsive and do outstanding work. I won't recommend or use anyone but Wakefield Hardwood Floors.

If I could give Matt and his team ten stars, I would. I cannot say enough about how amazing my floors look, and the care Matt took in doing the work. I was a bit nervous about the work being done while I was away, but he could not have been more trustworthy. He kept me up to date on progress, sent pictures of the work, and made great recommendations as the work progressed. And the outcome was just phenomenal - the floors are now my favorite partof the house, they are absolutely stunning. Matt even offered to come back and sweep an area with a small bit of sawdust, which was totally unnecessary... Matt is the best there is, I could not be happier!!!!

I can’t say enough about how utterly thrilled I am about how gorgeous my nearly 70-year-old hardwood floors look after Wakefield worked their magic! Worth every penny and then some - it’s like a brand-new place! I literally can’t stand admiring them lol. I would recommend them to everyone, and will use them again in a heartbeat.
